The data communicated by the user by filling out and submitting the forms contained on the website www.kamaservice.it will be handled for the purpose of keeping the user up to date on all the service notices and promotions that Kama Service issues over time.

While the conferment of the data is optional, the user's failure to provide them will impede the company from sending the communications to which the request refers. The conferred data will be handled via paper, computerized, and telematic means, using systems designed to ensure their confidentiality. The latter may communicate the data themselves to third parties for the purpose of carrying out support and assistance activities for the provision of the website's services, as well as for performing statistical research, marketing, and advertising activities for its own products and services and those of others.

The data communicated by the user shall only be kept for the time strictly necessary to consider their request, and may be viewed by all the data handlers (identified pursuant to law) based on their authorization profiles, as well as the Company's managers.

Finally, it should be noted that art. 7 of the aforementioned Italian Legislative Decree grants specific rights to every data subject.

Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (The right to access personal data and other rights).

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exists, even if not yet recorded, as well as the communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative as per article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated and who may come to know of the data in his/her capacity as a designated representative in the State’s territory, as a data processor or as a person in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, anonymization or blocking of any data that may have been processed unlawfully, including any data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, provided that it is relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
